Our foundation proudly awards scholarships to Lockport Township High School students who embody the same values and outstanding character that Connor displayed every day at LTHS. Giving back to our community is deeply important to us. In a close-knit town like Lockport, where everyone is connected in some way, we recognize and celebrate these ties by supporting the next generation. By awarding scholarships in our foundation’s name, we honor Connor’s legacy and the students who walk the same halls and sit in the same desks he once did.
Our 2025 LTHS scholarship recipients are Mia Fontanetta and Bryce Flood! Mia and Bryce are both extraordinary individuals, inside and outside of the classroom. Their kindness, positive attitude, love for learning, and passion for helping others is extremely evident to all. We are confident that they will continue to carry on our foundation's legacy as they continue into their future studies!
Our 2024 LTHS scholarship recipients are Steven Clawson and Drew Piper! Steven has gone on to attend The University of Illinois as a member of the Marching Illini, where he is preparing for a future career as a music educator. Drew is attending Judson University, where he has continued in his baseball career and is studying to be an architect.
Our 2023 LTHS scholarship recipients are Shaw Carlson and Matt Kajmowicz! Shaw has gone on to attend the University of Chicago, where he plans to study Economics. Shaw is also a member of the Prism Consulting Group at UChicago, where he is helping to solve high-impact business challenges. Matt is attending The University of Louisville, where he is studying to become a nurse, while also tutoring other students. Matt also continues to pursue his passions of photography and graphic design.
Brooke is attending North Central College and is majoring in Physical Therapy. During her time at North Central, she will be playing lacrosse!
Victor is continuing his academic and athletic career at the United States Naval Academy. He plans on majoring in either quantitative economics or engineering.
Mireyna is attending Purdue University, and plans to major in biology on the pre-med track with a minor in forensics. During her time at Purdue, she also hopes to play club lacrosse!
Jack is a 2022 graduate from Marmion Academy in Aurora. He is attending Maryville University in St. Louis to continue his academic and athletic career. He looks forward to playing baseball, and will be majoring in Rawlings Sport Business Management!
Nicholas is a 2022 Lincoln-Way Central graduate. He is continuing his academic and athletic career at the College of Central Florida. He will be getting his associate's degree with a concentration in marketing!
